We are beginning to track employees who are fully vaccinated for future planning. We will follow these guidelines:
- Disclosure of vaccination history is voluntary.
- Disclosure of vaccination history must only be given to Human Resources (HR) employees.
- You will need to show your vaccination card so information can be tracked; however, we will not make or keep a copy of the card.
- Information will be kept confidential and will not be shared outside of HR.

As the weather here in Tennessee continues to get nicer, we know that it is hard staying away from family and friends.
We want to remind you to please continue to try to keep yourself safe and healthy when there is a need to visit friends and family, which also keeps your coworkers safe and healthy.
As a reminder, please remember to keep your hands washed/sanitized and do not touch your face after touching any shared surface or item.
Continue to wear your face coverings when in public and maintain social distancing whenever possible.
Here are some ways we can stay in contact this year, while remaining safe:
- Use tools like Zoom or Facebook Messenger to meet with friends and family virtually while enjoying meals in your own homes.
- Try to limit the size of the gathering.
- If weather allows, enjoy the gathering outdoors. If celebrating indoors, open windows to allow for air flow.
- Space seating to allow for 6 feet between individuals who do not live together.
- Refrain from hugging and physical contact with those who do not live in your household.

COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE:

We encourage all employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available on April 5, 2021.
Our Plants New Normal:
“New Normal Work Environment” What to expect upon return to work:
- DO NOT come to work if you are feeling ill, contact Human Resources or your Supervisor.
- Continued cleaning with extra resources in the plant. You will be required to follow the clean before use policy.
- Face Covers will be mandatory and provided to you. You must wear the covers at all times, even at your desk.
- We are suspending smoking. Smoking will only be allowed in your personal vehicle.
- We will assign employees to help control social distancing.
- We will install signage as reminders of the New Normal Work Environment.
- Human Resource office will become virtual. When possible forms and contact will be handled without 1 on 1 interaction.
- Designated meeting areas have been selected and social distancing markers have been placed on the ground. When possible meetings will be conducted virtually.

Unemployment Information:
Unemployment information was sent to the state on Friday, April 9, 2021 and an email acknowledging they received the information was received by HR on Monday, April 12, 2021.
